We are currently moving goods twice weekly by airfreight and once weekly by sea freight. For air freight items received from Wednesday - Friday 5pm are shipped on Sunday and cleared on Monday. Items received Saturday - Tuesday are shipped on Thursday and cleared on Friday. The cut off time for sea freight is Tuesday 5pm. We clear the following Friday in Jamaica. 

You can track your packages using our dashboard system. Once we receive your package it is updated on our system. And every phase it goes through you will also be notified by email. 

You can pick up your package at our pickup location or schedule a delivery.
